Haiku is my first ever Hovawart. I was looking for a healthier, but still larger dog breed, and suddenly remembered hovies. I had always liked the breed, and now I decided to take a leap of faith and got myself one.

​

Haiku is a very energetic, stubborn and willful young girl. She loves to play around, and she's super smart! She was only 7,5 weeks when I got her, but she immediately learned all the basic commands (sit, down, here) as well as some others like follow. She has been a handful, I won't lie, especially comparing to the Saints. But after she turned 1,5 years old, she got a lot calmer and considerably easier to handle.

I have great expectations of this fine young female, and she's quite possibly the future hope of our kennel. Time will tell!
